San Antonio has had its driest spell in who knows how many years, and we'd entered Stage 3 water restrictions. We entered Stage 1 quite early this year, let alone Stage 3... Right now, it's pouring outside! ^_^ This might knock us out of water restrictions (or at least back down to Stage 2). Ah, it's so beautiful~!

Recently, I had another virus incident. This time, however, it was my dad's laptop. He tried everything, I tried everything (my brother, as normal, was no help). The program I used on my desktop... well, my dad's laptop refused to go to the site, so I downloaded it on my computer and emailed it to him. He was able to get the program installed, but his computer refused to launch it. In other words, the viruses blocked it. X_X After that, I tried System Restore. Laptop refused to do that. Finally, I gave up and went to format it. And guess what? It refused to format!!! Agh! We were debating on destroying the hard drive and throwing it away (the data doesn't matter... he keeps everything backed up in at least two places), and then he decided to install Ubuntu (a type of Linux OS) onto it. It formatted the laptop and then we reinstalled Windows XP. Voila, dead viruses. Moral of the story: when you can't get rid of viruses, install Linux!

Star Force 3 is insanely fun. The mini-games are not as stupid as they were in the second one and especially the first one. I'd Brotherband people if my Wifi worked. X_X
