It wasn't often that Tobias had contact with the majority of his siblings. At least three of his siblings (including the two blind ones) had joined the Choffie at some point in their lives. A few of his other siblings had been adopted out, though he still heard about them occasionally. And finally, his sister that he'd been raised with was in the Coalition, with a husband and children of her own.
His travels as a model had taken him to Saklar, where he'd settled down for the time being in an apartment so that he could save money for important things - like if he ever decided to have children. That was when he'd met Cheshire and her son.
After driving each other crazy, they'd taken a great liking to each other and had agreed to raise a family together. Cheshire was funny and had great taste in fun, and so did Heath. He'd had to tease the boy a few times about how anymore siblings would drive him mad.
His modeling business was relatively stable; he made a great income, but at the same time agreed to move in with Cheshire and Heath when she laid the eggs and both realized there were seven of them. He'd laugh loudly each time Heath showed Cheshire a Tatio, though it was partially his problem to.
Seven little munchkin crickets. But at the least there would be four adults to help keep an eye on the kiddos, and most of his income was going solely for the children's schooling and any unexpected bills that happened to crop up. And it would be a good learning experience for him, at least, until the kids drove him mad.
